We need to chose a name to call this backup. This name will be used to remember basically what type of files or folders we are backing up. You will likely be setting up various backup schedules to do different tasks to protect different data at both different times and different intervals... so use a catchy or descriptive name you can recognize later and equate to this particular data.
Choose the default of "File Backup" as shown above. In the future, you can select SQL or Exchange if you have those types of services that you would like to protect.
