Colocation Policy
The customer's equipment will reside at SATEXAS Communications Network, Inc.'s (d/b/a "SATEXAS")offices in San Antonio, Texas. This Agreement is for all computer system and associated peripherals. The colocated equipment will be attached to SATEXAS's network via one port of a 10/100baseT ethernet switch.
Customer must provide insurance for their equipment. SATEXAS's office is protected by a monitoring system, however SATEXAS bears no responsibility for losses due to theft, fire, or other damage.
Access to Customer equipment is provided during SATEXAS's regular business hours of 8 AM to 8 PM weekdays or 24/7 via a digital access key.
If desired, SATEXAS will provide data monitoring services for Customer's equipment via the SNMP protocol giving the customer full access to their bandwidth/data usage.
The Colocation Agreement does not include system administration services. At the Customer's request, a SATEXAS staff members can reboot or power cycle the Customer's system. System Administration services are available at SATEXASs's standard consulting rates.
SATEXAS reservices the right to modify this policy at any time in it's sole and absolute discretion.
