SATEXAS Communications Network, Inc. (D/B/A "SATEXAS") is not responsible for any data loss and/or damages that can incur due to such event. This includes data loss caused by the user, lack of caution by the user (i.e.: leaving your password written down where others can see it, log in, and delete/steal your data), hardware/software/human error, or a server security breach. We are strict about server security, and take reasonable measures to insure that the "SATEXAS Network" is secure. We also maintain our hardware in optimum conditions to further protect against data and service loss.
SATEXAS does a full backup of all data weekly to further insure against data loss, but does not warranty that backup. It is the members responsibility to have a personal copy of all data on the "SATEXAS Network" in an off-site location.
FACT OF LIFE: No software or hardware is 100% safe against possible failure or security breech.
SATEXAS reservices the right to modify this policy at any time in it's sole and absolute discretion.
