SATEXAS strictly prohibits the storage, or transmission of illegal software on it's network and equipment. The following
are guidelines regarding this policy :
- No illegal software is transferred or transmitted via SATEXAS services or network.
- No illegal software is to be stored in any fashion on SATEXAS systems or network services.
- No illegal pornography or other controversial material is transferred or transmitted via SATEXAS services.
Legal material of this nature are permitted providing that the account owner and user follow all applicible state and federal laws.
The term 'illegal software' is defined by SATEXAS as the following :
"Any software, data, or material that is in User possession which violates the copyright stated by the owner of the material, or violates any applicible state or federal law."
SATEXAS reservices the right to modify this policy at any time in it's sole and absolute discretion.
