I'm frustrated! What is my account name? What are my mail servers?!

There are two ways to obtain this information:

    Regular Mail/ISP Services

If you do NOT have domain hosting (aka Web Hosting) with us, to where we host your domain:

    1. Let's assume your email address was : bob@satexas.com
    2. Your account name (aka Login Name/POP3 Login) would be : bob
    3. Your Incoming (POP3) mail server would be : mail.satexas.com

Normally, with E-Mail addresses, the account name is the prefix (before the @) and the domain is the suffix.

If you are unsure of your account names and addresses, please contact SATEXAS as the number at the bottom of this page.

Note : If you are using an alias, then you need to use your real account name in your E-Mail settings, not the alias (because it's an alias pointer, and not a true login access name).

    DOMAIN HOSTING

If you have domain hosting (aka Web Hosting) with us, to where we host your domain:

    1. All domains are given 'Control Panel' access to where a person that manages the domain has full web access to add, delete, modify and review all E-Mail accounts created on that Domain.
    2. If you have Control Panel access, please log into the Control Panel to retrieve this information.
    3. If you do NOT have Control Panel access, need assistance with the Control Panel or need to know whom controls this Control Panel feature for your particular account/domain, please contact the support number at the bottom of this page.
    4. The control panel can be reached by going to :  http://mail.domain.com/siteadmin  (where domain.com is your actual domain name)
