Netscape 8 does not contain an E-Mail client, and we do not consider this is a direct replacement for Netscape 7.2, the last release to contain an integrated E-Mail client with the Netscape browser. Users who wish to upgrade to Netscape 8.x are recommended to either try Mozilla Thunderbird (a standalone e-mail client) or get Mozilla Suite 1.7.x, or simply keep your copy of Netscape 7.2 for E-mail purposes.
