By default, all E-Mail accounts have spam filtering and start with the filtering ENABLED. To make modifications to your filtering such as adjustments or enabling/disabling it, you need to log into WebMail.

This quick graphical tutorial will show you how to get to the filtering and make adjustments.

  • To get started, let's access WEBMAIL - Here's how:

    1. ISP Members: (If your mail is something@satexas.com)

        Click Here or go to http://www.satexas.com/webmail

    2. Web/Mail Hosting Members:

        http://mail.domain.com/webmail   (Where domain.com is your actual domain name)

    If you do not know your WebMail login/account name, please call our offices or ask the member of your company/business whom manages your domain and has access to our Control Panel where accounts are managed online.
