The following help is for both our ISP members and our Domain (Web) Hosting members. Because we support both Microsoft and Unix in our hosting packages, some of the information below will pertain to one or the other, or both. If it's system-specific, it will be labeled as such (I.E. "Unix").
If you are unsure if you are using Unix or Windows, here are some tips : Hosting packages that start with "Value" are Unix, and "ASP" are Windows. ISP Members that have a web page provided with their account are on Unix.
